Waiver Agreement I the undersigned agree that in consideration for the right to play as a member of the Rising Stars Softball Little League. I assume full responsibility and accept all risks of injury incurred or suffered while practicing or playing as a member of Rising Stars Softball Little League. I release discharge, hold harmless the League from any liability, legal damages and cost. In the event medical attention is required, I hereby permit the coaches and League Administrators to perform basic first aid and allow medical personnel to render care. I accept full financial responsibility for any medical attention rendered in excess of any coverage provided by the League group Insurance.
