Rising Stars is a non-profit league organized for junior girls.  We are committed to motivating, training and developing the necessary skills in our athletes, for a successful future on and off the field.

Vision Statement:

We are of the view that Executives, Managers & coaches of Rising Stars Softball League plays a pivotal role in our community in molding young ladies through team sports. Our League prides itself on three basic fundamentals, Character, Courage and Loyalty. These three principles are a recipe for a balance success which borders on developing physical skills, improving self-esteem, and teaching our athletes how to be a team player. Throughout this process we do encourage time management and maintaining an acceptable GPA to continue in the program. We are a part of that village assisting in raising a child through team sport and preparing the student-athlete whose desire to use their talent to play college softball while obtaining a degree.

Mission Statement:

The objective of the Local League shall be to implant firmly in the children of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect for authority. In so doing we teach life lessons for a stronger Community.

Services Portfolio:

To achieve this objective, the Local League will provide a supervised program under the Rules and Regulations of Rising Stars Softball League. All Directors, Officers and Members shall bear in mind that the attainment of exceptional athletic skill or the winning of games is secondary, and the molding of future citizens is of prime importance. The Local League shall operate exclusively as a non-profit educational organization providing a supervised program of competitive softball games for girls between the ages of 10-18. No part of the net earnings shall benefit any individual; no substantial part of the activities of which is carrying on propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, and which does not participate in or intervene in any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office.
